Visiting in the morning, or a date outside of April 1–5? The rest of our normal recreation and drop-in class schedule can be found here.
NOTE: We strongly recommend completing your registration online before your visit – this process can take a long time if you wait until you arrive, especially for a large family or group.
How to register and reserve a swim time before your visit:
1. Click here to visit the online registration portal. (NOTE: The site is easier to navigate on a computer/tablet than on your phone.)
2. Create an account or log in. (If you have visited the Kroc Center at any time since September 2020, you probably already have an account – use the “Forgot Password” link if you have forgotten it.)
3. Once you are in your account, click the “View My Info” tab in the main menu, and look in the bottom right for the “Add a Family Member” link to make sure everyone in your group is linked to your profile.
4. To sign up for an open swim time, click the “Group Activities” tab in the main menu on the left, then browse for your desired time slot:
5. Choose the people in your account who will be participating, then click “Add to Cart” and follow the process through checkout (and payment, if required).
6. When you arrive at the Kroc Center, check in at the Welcome Desk and you’ll get a wristband that corresponds with your open swim time. If you paid online in advance, this also covers the cost of your day pass – there is no additional payment necessary when you get here!
Fine Print for Day Pass Users
- Day pass purchases or open swim reservations are not refundable unless activities are cancelled by the Kroc Center after the purchase is made.
- Spaces in all activities may be limited and are first-come, first-served.
- General Kroc Center policies and age guidelines remain in effect at all times. Please click here for more information.
