Whether you’re planning a corporate retreat, a small gathering, or large presentation, we invite you to come and explore what the Kroc Center has to offer.

Interested in booking an event at the Kroc? Here are some important things to know before submitting a request:
- Birthday party packages are not available. Room rental does not provide access to recreation areas such as the pool or climbing wall.
- Per health department regulations, all food served must be prepared in a licensed kitchen. No “potluck” or homemade meals are permitted.
- Please check our facility hours when planning your event! We are generally not accepting rentals outside of regular business hours.
- Rental availability for recreation spaces, including the Aquatics Center, Gymnasium, or outdoor athletic fields, is extremely limited. Please email WMIGrandRapidsKroc@usc.salvationarmy.org regarding your needs prior to filling out paperwork.
Use the links below to download indoor rental forms. Please submit paperwork to WMIGrandRapidsKroc@usc.salvationarmy.org at least two weeks before the desired rental date. Rentals are not confirmed until all appropriate forms are received, and a deposit is paid.
